about
Just a few words...
One day we wrote a song about erasing hate by replacing it with love and recorded it. A couple hours later, fifty people were gunned down in a nightclub in Orlando. The song was written while dreaming of a world where none of this existed, for any reason; absolutely none of it. It's ready now.
We would like to forever dedicate this song to every single victim of hate, all of the beloved left behind, and to the better world their memories will help create. -Glasspanes
This single is 100% free, but if anyone still wants to make a donation, all the money (after the 15% that goes to bandcamp) will be donated to the OneOrlandoFund and for the victims and their families. www.oneorlando.org
lyrics
[Lyrics]
Everything is beautiful from here.
Let the joy dissolve each ounce of fear.
Slowly the illusions are replaced.
Let the worries die as they are faced-with-love, factual love, Untransactional love.
Judgment overpowered by curiosity.
Branches inward and outward grow connecting you and me.
No falling down,
Pushing down,
Or pulling down,
Only up,
Pulling up (3x)
Everything is beautiful up here.
How many masks are we forced to wear?
And who really asks why we all should be numb in order to bear,
The fading light within put down by the external?
But piece by piece untangling, unstrangling, releasing,
You can see our flames by many names have always been eternal,
And love, we're love.
Don't mean to be intrusive,
But the idealist and the realist don't have to be mutually exclusive.
One by one hate can become a faded out tradition,
We all know how, let's start it now and live without condition,
Just love...we're love.
Because everything is beautiful from here,
Everything is beautiful up here.
Everything is beautiful from here,
Everything is beautiful up here.
Just be love...
